Information collected
FlipForge may collect information you provide through account access, beta applications, support email, feedback forms, and product use. This may include your name, email address, collector profile, testing interests, support requests, product feedback, and tenant-scoped product records you choose to save.
Website measurement
FlipForge records a limited set of first-party conversion events to understand whether visitors reach the sample dossier, beta application, application confirmation, onboarding guide, and app preview. Each event contains only an allowlisted event name, page category, placement category, schema version, and server timestamp. The measurement script does not set analytics cookies, use local storage or session storage, create a visitor identifier, or intentionally send a name, email address, account identifier, card identity, listing URL, query string, referrer, or user-agent value. Anonymous funnel-event records are retained for no more than 90 days. The hosting provider may still process ordinary request metadata as part of securely operating, protecting, and rate-limiting the website and function endpoint.
Account and authentication information
Invitation-only account access may use identity and hosting service providers to authenticate users and resolve authorized tenant membership. FlipForge uses server-side access controls so the browser does not choose its own tenant or receive internal service credentials.
Billing and payment information
Paid FlipForge subscriptions are processed through Paddle. FlipForge does not receive or store your full payment-card or bank-account details. Paddle may provide FlipForge with limited subscription and customer identifiers, plan status, billing-event status, and other information needed to provision or remove paid product access, reconcile billing, provide support, and protect against misuse.
How information is used
- Provide and secure account access and tenant-scoped product features.
- Review beta applications and administer invitations.
- Provide onboarding, support, product updates, and security notices.
- Measure anonymous website funnel steps and improve the application and onboarding path.
- Maintain subscription access and reconcile verified billing events.
- Analyze product feedback and improve workflows.
- Protect the website, product, users, and company.
Beta applications and operator review
The beta application is submitted to a server-side FlipForge intake function and stored in a site-scoped application store operated by the website hosting provider. Access to applicant details, review notes, cohort assignment, invitation status, and activation status requires a server-verified FlipForge operator role. Invitation approval may create or update an invite-only Identity account with one server-assigned tenant membership. Applying alone does not create an account or grant product access. Applicants may instead email support@goflipforge.com.
Private-beta feedback
Signed active testers may submit structured product feedback and optional Day 7, 14, or 30 outcome checkpoints to a server-side feedback function. Records may contain a category, optional rating, summary, expected behavior, application route, checkpoint, and tester-reported outcome signal. Feedback does not include an Identity email unless the tester explicitly permits follow-up; when permission is granted, the server reads the email from the signed account rather than accepting an email supplied by the browser. Feedback records are separate from authoritative evaluations and are available only through the server-verified FlipForge operator role.
Product records and storage
FlipForge uses server-side and application storage, including SQLite-based records for portions of its authoritative product state. Stored records may include tenant-scoped evaluations, saved intelligence, lifecycle information, usage, and billing-access state. CSV may be used for controlled audit or export workflows rather than as the authoritative store.
Sharing and service providers
FlipForge does not sell personal information. Information may be processed by service providers needed for identity, hosting, forms, billing, security, communication, or support, and may be disclosed when required by law or necessary to protect rights, safety, and system integrity.
Retention and requests
Information is retained only as reasonably necessary for account and product operation, billing and legal records, beta administration, security, support, measurement, and legitimate business purposes. Requests to access, correct, or delete information may be sent to support@goflipforge.com. Some information may need to be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, billing, tax, dispute, or legal obligations.
Security
No system is perfectly secure. FlipForge uses reasonable technical and organizational safeguards intended to reduce unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or loss.
Changes
FlipForge may update this policy as the product, infrastructure, billing features, service providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
