Information collected
FlipForge may collect information you submit through the beta application, support email, feedback forms, or direct communication. This may include your name, email, collector profile, testing interests, device availability, and feedback.
How information is used
- Review beta applications and select participants.
- Provide onboarding, support, updates, and security notices.
- Analyze product feedback and improve workflows.
- Protect the website, product, users, and company.
Form delivery
The beta application currently uses FormSubmit to deliver responses to the FlipForge support inbox. Information submitted through that form is processed by that provider as part of delivery. Applicants may instead email support@goflipforge.com.
Desktop application records
The current FlipForge desktop architecture is local-first, with SQLite as the application source of truth and CSV used for controlled import or export. Future cloud features may require separate disclosures and consent.
Sharing
FlipForge does not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers needed to operate communication, hosting, security, or support, or when required by law.
Retention and requests
Information is retained only as reasonably necessary for beta administration, product support, legal obligations, and legitimate business records. Requests to access, correct, or delete submitted information may be sent to support@goflipforge.com.
Security and changes
No system is perfectly secure. FlipForge uses reasonable safeguards and may update this policy as the product, hosting, or legal requirements change.
