Purpose
FlipForge currently provides software-based sports-card decision support, educational content, product information, and controlled private-beta account access. It is not a financial advisor, grading company, marketplace, broker, auctioneer, or transaction agent. Paid subscriptions are not currently offered.
Current private-beta commercial status
The current private beta is $0. Requesting, receiving, or using beta access does not create a paid subscription, recurring charge, or automatic conversion into a future plan. Paid checkout is not active. Scout, Collector, Pro, feature limits, and other commercial descriptions are planned launch structures and may change before any paid offer opens.
No guarantees
Prices, demand, liquidity, grading outcomes, seller behavior, fees, card condition, and market evidence can change. FlipForge does not guarantee profit, resale value, future prices, authenticity, a grade, or a successful transaction.
User responsibility
You remain responsible for verifying card identity, condition, seller reliability, fees, taxes, legal requirements, and the final decision to buy, sell, hold, or grade.
Accounts and access
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity performed through your account. Account and tenant access may be suspended or terminated for misuse, security risk, violation of these terms, or other lawful operational reasons. If paid access is offered in the future, applicable payment obligations may also affect paid access as disclosed at that time.
Future subscriptions and billing
If FlipForge later opens paid subscriptions, any checkout must be a separate, explicit customer action. Pricing, billing interval, taxes, renewal terms, cancellation terms, and the applicable Merchant of Record will be disclosed at or before checkout. If Paddle is used for a future transaction, Paddle will act as Merchant of Record and seller for that transaction. No statement in these terms should be read as indicating that paid checkout is active during the current private beta.
Future cancellation and refunds
Cancellation and refund rules apply only if a paid transaction exists. If paid subscriptions later open, the checkout disclosures, applicable refund policy, Merchant of Record terms, and mandatory legal rights will govern the transaction. The current private beta has no subscription charge to cancel or refund.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the site or product, interfere with operation, attempt unauthorized access, copy proprietary logic, submit malicious data, evade access or usage controls, or use FlipForge to violate marketplace rules, intellectual-property rights, or law.
Intellectual property
FlipForge, its branding, software, workflows, content, graphics, and product logic are owned by FlipForge LLC or used with permission. No ownership rights transfer through website, beta, or future paid access.
Third-party services
Listings, data sources, grading companies, payment providers, identity providers, hosting providers, form providers, and other third parties operate under their own terms. FlipForge is not responsible for third-party availability, accuracy, decisions, or conduct, except to the extent responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes to the service
Features, limits, data sources, beta capabilities, and planned pricing may change as the product develops. If paid access later opens, material subscription changes will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the billing terms presented to the customer.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FlipForge is not liable for indirect, consequential, speculative, or market losses arising from use of the site or decision support. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.
