User responsibility
You remain responsible for verifying card identity, condition, seller reliability, fees, taxes, legal requirements, and the final decision to buy, sell, hold, or grade.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the site, interfere with operation, attempt unauthorized access, copy proprietary logic, submit malicious data, or use FlipForge to violate marketplace rules, intellectual-property rights, or law.
Intellectual property
FlipForge, its branding, software, workflows, content, graphics, and product logic are owned by FlipForge LLC or used with permission. No ownership rights transfer through website or beta access.
Third-party services
Listings, pricing sources, grading companies, form providers, and other third parties operate under their own terms. FlipForge is not responsible for third-party availability, accuracy, decisions, or conduct.
Limitation and termination
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FlipForge is not liable for indirect, consequential, speculative, or market losses arising from use of the site or decision support. Access may be suspended for misuse, security, legal, or operational reasons.
