Current private-beta status
FlipForge is not currently offering paid checkout or paid subscriptions. Requesting, receiving, or using private-beta access does not enroll you in a future paid plan and does not authorize a recurring charge.
When this policy becomes relevant
The refund and cancellation rules below apply only if FlipForge later opens paid access and a customer completes an explicit paid checkout. Before any paid transaction, the price, billing interval, renewal terms, cancellation terms, Merchant of Record, and applicable refund terms will be shown at or before checkout.
Future payment processing
If Paddle is used for a future FlipForge transaction, Paddle will act as the Merchant of Record and seller for that transaction and will process the payment through its system. FlipForge does not intend to store full payment-card or bank credentials itself.
Future refund eligibility
If paid access later opens, refund eligibility will be governed by the checkout disclosures, the applicable Merchant of Record terms and refund policy, and any mandatory consumer rights that apply in the customer’s location. Nothing on this page limits non-waivable rights under applicable law.
Future cancellation
If recurring subscriptions later become available, cancellation will stop future renewal according to the terms shown at checkout. Any access remaining after cancellation, refund eligibility, and withdrawal rights will be governed by the paid terms in effect for that transaction.
Unexpected or unauthorized charges
If you ever see a charge represented as a FlipForge payment while the site still states that paid checkout is inactive, do not assume the charge is valid. Contact support@goflipforge.com promptly and contact the payment provider or card issuer shown on the transaction as appropriate.
Service or access problems
For private-beta product access or account problems, contact FlipForge support. Because the current private beta is free, product-support issues do not create a paid refund claim, but they will be investigated as account or service issues.
Changes and contact
FlipForge may update this page before commercial launch as billing features, providers, pricing, or legal requirements are finalized. Questions about FlipForge access may be sent to support@goflipforge.com.
